Renovations/Scheduled Projects

SCHEDULED PROJECTS:  

• SOFFIT REPLACEMENT - The soffit replacement work is on hold due to the hurricane damage throughout Florida.  No estimated date of resumption at this time. 

• 2025 MAINTENANCE WEEK CLOSURE - All Oceanview units will be down from 9/21/2025-10/3/2025.  Portions of the pool and pool deck will be closed for building painting during the week of 9/21/2025 – 9/27/2025.  The spa and courts will be open the entire time.  The entire Resort will be closed from 9/28/2025-10/3/2025.  The Resort will re-open on 10/4/2025 at 10:00 A.M.

• SOFT GOODS UPGRADE - Guest bedroom soft goods will be installed in January 2025.

COMPLETED PROJECTS:

• MASTER BATHROOM RENOVATIONS: All master bathrooms have been renovated.
