2026 Maintenance Week Closure

The resort will be closed from 9/26-10/3.  The resort will re-open on 10/3 at 10 A.M.  There is no owner day use during this time.  The front desk will be closed; any correspondence should be made via email to fdinfo@theresortoncocoabeach.com during this time. 

 

 

SCHEDULED PROJECTS:  

Splash Pad Renovation Notice

Beginning Sunday, September 27th, the Splash Pad at the pool area will be temporarily closed for equipment repairs and a full renovation for an undetermined amount of time. At this time, an estimated reopening date is not available.

There will be construction-related noise during the renovation. Work will not begin before 10:00 a.m. daily.

There will be a turtle, water mister and a jellyfish on the pad along with the water spurts.  This will be a great upgrade for our owners and guests young and old.
