Renovations/Scheduled Projects

SCHEDULED PROJECTS:  

• 2023 MASTER BATHROOM RENOVATIONS - We will continue our Master Bathroom tub and shower renovations with the following dates in place:  1/2/2023 – 1/31/2023, 4/16/2023 – 5/6/2023, 9/9/2023 – 10/7/2023.  There will be some noise from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. while we complete the work.  These renovations will run through February 2024.

• 2023 ANNUAL MAINTENANCE WEEK - The Resort will be closed for our annual maintenance week starting September 30th 2023 and will reopen on October 7th 2023.

COMPLETED PROJECTS:

• All living room/dining room furniture, artwork and lamps have been replaced in all units.
