SCHEDULED PROJECTS:
ROOF REPAIRS - Starting on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 we will be starting emergency roof work due to hurricane damage. The repairs are estimated to take at least four weeks. There will be some noise from 9 AM to 6 PM daily. No amenities will be affected.
SOFFIT REPLACEMENT - The soffit replacement work is on hold due to the hurricane damage throughout Florida. No estimated date of resumption at this time.
2025 MAINTENANCE WEEK CLOSURE - All Oceanview units will be down from 9/21/2025-10/3/2025. Portions of the pool and pool deck will be closed for building painting during the week of 9/21/2025 – 9/27/2025. The spa and courts will be open the entire time. The entire Resort will be closed from 9/28/2025-10/3/2025. The Resort will re-open on 10/4/2025 at 10:00 A.M.
