Renovations/Scheduled Projects

SCHEDULED PROJECTS:  

• 2024 ANNUAL MAINTENANCE WEEK - The Resort will be closed for our annual maintenance week starting September 28th 2024 and will reopen on October 5th 2024.  There will be no day use during this time.  The Resort doors will not open until 9:50 AM on October 5th. 
• SOFFIT REPLACEMENT - Starting on Monday, September 16th we will be replacing the soffit on sections of the upper and lower roofs.  We expect the project to take approximately three weeks, weather dependent.  There will be some noise from 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday.  Certain sections of the pool deck (not the entire pool deck) will be closed during that time for safety purposes. 

• 2025 MAINTENANCE WEEK CLOSURE – All Oceanview units will be down from 9/21/2025-10/3/2025.  Portions of the pool and pool deck will be closed for building painting during the week of 9/21/2025 – 9/27/2025.  The spa and courts will be open the entire time.  The entire Resort will be closed from 9/28/2025-10/3/2025.  The Resort will re-open on 10/4/2025 at 10:00 A.M

COMPLETED PROJECTS:

• TIKI SHADE STRUCTURE:  We installed a large tiki shade structure on the pool deck.   

• MASTER BEDROOM UPGRADES:  All King mattresses were replaced in the master bedrooms.  New bedding, artwork, lamps and window treatments were installed.

• MASTER BATHROOM RENOVATIONS: All master bathrooms have been renovated.
