Q. Are you located directly on the beach?
A. The resort is located directly on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. The boardwalk is approximately 150 feet from the beach access door to the sand.
Q. Are all rooms oceanfront?
A. There are two room types available. Two bedroom Oceanfront which faces East. Two bedroom Oceanview which faces North.
Q. Is your pool heated?
A. In the winter our pool is heated to a comfortable 86 degrees.
Q. How many vehicles are allowed on property per room?
A. There is a maximum of two vehicles per unit allowed on property during your stay. One vehicle allowed to park undercover. The resort does not charge for parking.
Q. What type of amenities are provided in your rooms? (hairdryers, starter shampoo, etc....)
A. We supply soap, toilet paper and paper towels for your stay. We do not provide bathroom personal toiletries. All units have hairdryers. There is a complimentary starter pack in the kitchen which includes dishwashing liquid and a dishwasher packet.
Q. What is the layout for the rooms/bed configuration? Square Footage of units?
A. All units are two bedroom; approximately 1,050 sq. ft. per unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living room sofa pulls out to a queen size sleeper. The guest bedroom twin beds can be converted to a king.
Q. What type of coffee maker is in the room?
A. There is a standard 12 cup coffeemaker in all units. We provide a starter pack which includes two coffee packets. Coffee filters are available at the front desk and at the linen exchange counter.
Q. Are towels provided in the units?
A. Each unit has eight sets of towels. Room towels can be exchanged daily at our linen exchange counter. Pool towels are located in the Towel Tracker machine located in the lobby; you can access using your room key.
Q. Do you offer handicapped units?
A. Yes, we have both Oceanfront and Oceanview ADA rooms.
Q. How many guests are allowed per room, do children count towards the total guests allowed?
A. Each two bedroom unit is limited to six people per condo docs. This includes children of any age.
Q. Do you have daily maid service?
A. Guests staying longer than seven days will have a complimentary tidy service. This service is not a daily turndown service. Sheets and towels can be exchanged daily at the linen exchange counter.
Q. Do you have breakfast onsite?
A. We do not offer breakfast onsite. We have recommendations for many great restaurants within 2 miles of the resort.
Q. Do you allow pets on the property?
A. Per our Condo documents, pets are not allowed. Service animals are permitted. ESA animals are permitted with a doctors note only. No online certificates/vests are accepted.
Q. Are there resort fees?
A. There are no resort fees. We do not charge for WiFi or parking. When signing up for select activities there may be a nominal fee.
Q. Do you provide beach rentals?
A. We have an onsite beach rental vendor. More information regarding beach rentals is located under Resort Activities on our website.
Q. Do you provide a shuttle service to and from the airport/cruise terminals?
A. Shuttle service is not provided by the resort. Contact the front desk for information on local shuttle service.
